In addition to the beautiful ambience and a comfortable accommodation, the peak of our offer is reserved for gastronomy. Words are few when it comes to representing the flavors and delights our kitchen offers to guests.
The key to exquisite flavors and lovely decorated dishes lies in the fresh foods which are produced by the host himself in small quantities covering the needs of the kitchen.
This is the reason why only little culinary skill is needed to make our dishes so tasty.
Gourmet specialties of the Dalmatian cuisine that will surely delight you are fresh grilled fish in olive oil with side dishes of homegrown vegetables, different pastas, salads, calamari and octopus risottos whose exquisite flavor and decoration leaves all our guests breathless.
We also take pride in offering you shellfish, with special emphasis on mussels prepared according to our special recipe. Lovers of meat specialties will be more than satisfied after they’ve tried veal or grilled chicken prepared the old-fashioned Dalmatian way (special feature of this dish is the possibility of observing the preparation process).
Apart from the above-mentioned meat specialties, we would also like to point out our own lamb prepared on request. Guests often compliment us by pointing out that such meat quality can be found only in Dalmatia.
